Lentiviral packaging service
Lentivirus vectors are tool vectors developed based on HIV-1 and using the herpes virus VSVG coat protein. Lentiviruses have a wide spectrum of infection and can effectively infect both dividing and non-dividing cells. Once infected with host cells, the lentivirus uses reverse transcriptase to transcribe its RNA into double-stranded DNA, which is then permanently integrated into the chromosomes of the host cells to achieve long-term stable expression. Based on the genetic information and service needs provided by customers, Anergy develops solutions that meet customer requirements and constructs overexpression lentivirus vectors. The packaged virus particles can be used for cell experiments and animal experiments.
